You have the right to return your product within 30 days of receiving your order. For USA customers, the statutory right of withdrawal allows you to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt by contacting us at info@thisformen.com.

  • Please include your order number and reason for the return in your message to help us process your request quickly.

3. Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

Our warehouse is located in China. We recommend checking with your local postal service regarding the costs of international returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement free of charge.

6. Refunds

  • When exercising your right of withdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including standard shipping costs.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

7. Additional Information

  • Returns that are not pre-approved by us cannot be processed.

  • Please note that international returns may take longer to process, and customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
